Do you remember the last time you were really angry? I bet you felt strong, powerful and full of passion. Didn’t it make you want to jump into action?

Oftentimes anger is used destructively but it can also be used to motivate you into achieving bigger and better things.

In order to use anger in a constructive way you first need to become angry about the right things and direct your anger towards those things.

Ask yourself if you are content with your relationships, your money situation, your career and your health. If you’re not, then get angry about it!

Get crazy mad about all the opportunities you’ve allowed yourself to miss because of your procrastination habit. Get really and truly pissed off about how you can’t get and stay motivated enough to really change yourself and your life. Get angry about how you’ve allowed your minor health issue to become a chronic condition.

Use this anger to wipe all the everyday thoughts from your mind and create a laser like point of focus that you can turn onto any condition in your life you want to change.

Let your anger ignite a fire within to launch you into action. Use it to help you do what you must do in order to transform yourself for good.

Assess every facet of your life and allow yourself to release anything that isn’t benefiting you. By allowing yourself to get to the point of complete intolerance about the circumstances in your life that no longer serve you, you will begin to feel real anger and will be ready to make real changes.

Reaching this point of intolerance fills you with a powerful force that can create an immediate shift within yourself. You won’t be able to transform everything all at once, but you can begin today and continue the process over a period of time.

Anger can be short-lived, so you will need to re-ignite it every once in awhile. Having control over your ability to incite anger in yourself allows you to use it in a very specific and focused way.

Just remember to get hopping mad about the circumstances and behaviors that take away from who you truly want to be, and make sure to focus your anger in beneficial ways.
