Your beliefs and money have a lot to do with where you're at right now in terms of the financial abundance you are experiencing in your life.

Before using  the Law of Attraction to magnetize more money to yourself, it would be prudent to examine whether any of your beliefs are hindering your progress.

What you believe about money will determine what actions you take, and these actions will affect the results you attract.

Beliefs, although unspoken, are powerful messages to the universe. It's like you're sending out a radio signal telling the universe the experiences you are wanting to appear in your life. By then taking actions that emphasize your beliefs, you cement the probability of those specific results showing up.

You might urgently need more money, and yet, at some level of consciousness you might be resisting it. Consider some of these common abundance-blocking beliefs to see if this might be happening with you:

I don’t deserve more money.  If you feel unworthy, you will consistently be rejecting the abundance that may come your way. You might feel that other folks have more need of it than you do. You might even feel guilty just thinking about accepting more of anything good, including money.

The cure for this erroneous belief is simply LOVE. Learn to love who you are and build up the belief that you, along with everyone else in the world, deserve the best life has to offer.

Just think of how much more you could do for yourself, your loved ones and others if you had more than enough money and resources to share.

I have to work hard for my money.  Were you brought up to believe that to have money you must sacrifice and work hard? A lot of us were. We've gotten used to the idea that we must struggle to earn every penny.

The notion of receiving something for nothing may go against everything we believe so we may resist amazing opportunities that come our way.

If you resonate with this belief, that you must work hard for your money, then you will have to embrace a new perception of money and a new mind-set to convince yourself that it’s okay for good stuff to come to those who expect it rather than just to those who work till they drop.

There is a limit on how much I can have.  This belief is one of lack. If I get what I want then that means someone else won’t get what they want.

That's like saying, "Okay, for the next 2 years I’ll be sick so that all the unhealthy people can be well for awhile." The universe does not know limits.

We are taught to look for lack more than for abundance, often because our parents threw out such profound statements as, "Money doesn’t grow on trees!" or "Half a loaf is better than none!" during our formative years.

If our focus is on the lack of something then that lack is what we will experience in our lives. To break down this barrier we need to focus on the abundance there is in the world. Focus on all the wealth there is out there.

For example, think about Donald Trump, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, sports figures, actors, musicians, etc. Think about the many diverse ways they have allowed abundance to show up in their lives and how much good they do with that abundance.

Stop focusing on the illusion of lack and begin to recognize and give thanks for all the abundance that surrounds you. Acknowledge that there are unlimited resources not just for you but for everyone.

These are a small number of beliefs that may be blocking the flow of abundance into your life. To increase your wealth, confront your beliefs about money, change them, and then take action to manifest these new beliefs into your reality.
