Most of us have probably had to struggle with this concept at one point in our lives. There is such an abundance of food available to us that we tend to overdo it more often than not.
The thing is, we are getting fatter as a nation and more unhealthy because we are eating even when we don’t need to. I don’t know how many times I’ve caught myself shoving things into my mouth when I wasn’t particularly hungry. How about you?
