Affirmwear For Your Life

Imagine yourself in a room surrounded by four walls. These walls are impenetrable, and nothing can get to you inside this room. Nothing. However, if you knock down one of the walls, then you allow things to enter into the room.

Many of us live an existence that does not allow happiness to enter into our state of being. We make the error of thinking that we must pursue happiness. Actually, happiness is all around us. It is only when we knock down our own mental walls and let happiness come into our being will we obtain it.

Just a thought. Fill a baby bottle with water. Then go to the river. Put one drop of water from the bottle into that river. Now try to distinguish between that one drop of water and the river. You can’t. Without a doubt, that water enters the river and becomes one with the river.

Your life is the same way. Everything you need is already inside you. Happiness, prosperity, inner peace and more. It is only when you accept it will you actually obtain it. Otherwise you’ll be in a river, surrounded by everything you need, but still claim that you are only a drop of water.

I repeat this quote to myself whenever I feel like I’m playing it too safe. It reminds me to take a step out of my comfort zone and move forward.

It’s so easy to remain in a place or situation because it feels safe. But feeling safe often means no growth. What we know is usually easier to live with than what we don’t, which is why I think we often stay with people or in situations that don’t necessarily make us happy.

But taking a risk often leads to a more fulfilling life…so why not take a risk today!
